Fat Free Maple Dijon Dressing

It’s finally starting to feel like spring in New England! Sunshine makes me crave fresh and colorful salads.

I threw some greens, a boiled egg, roasted sweet potato and asparagus and some onions, peppers, tomatoes and carrots in a bowl and whipped up this deliciously wonderful and easy 2-ingredient salad dressing.

This will make you want to eat salad all spring and summer!


Ingredients |

  • 1 tbsp Dijonnaise
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup (you can also use sugar free breakfast syrup for a lower sugar/carb version)

Instructions |

Whisk dijon dressing with maple syrup and drizzle over salad.
